HomeStrong is a 24 session programme I built to teach people like you everything you need to know to strength train from home for the rest of your life.
Having helping hundreds of people master the core principles and movements of effective strength training I realised effective strength training doesn't need to be complicated, expensive or take huge amounts of your time.
So I built this programme to give you the tools you need to strength train at home with minimal equipment - just a pair of adjustable dumbbells. This programme will take you from complete beginner to competent and confident in all the exercises you need to get strong for life and how to structure a workout routine that you can keep going for the rest of your life.
24 x 30-45 minute sessions 2-3 times a week - completed at home - all you need is a set of sdjustable dumbbells.
3 x 45 minute coaching calls with me to answer any questions, make any adaptations and provide any other guidance and support you need.
